Edward Wang, Ph.D., is a biostatistician and Research Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at UIC. Dr. Wang has served as a Co-Investigator and statistical consultant in several NIH and CDC-funded research projects in health promotion and physical activity for persons with disabilities. He has considerable experience in data management and large-scale database development. Dr. Wang’s statistical specialties include analysis methods for repeated measures, correlated categorical data, multilevel analysis, mixed model, data reduction techniques and multivariate data analysis techniques. Dr. Wang was awarded an NIH investigator disability supplement to examine the cost effectiveness of clinic-based health promotion programs for persons with physical disabilities from 2002-2004.
