NCPAD’s 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!


NCPAD has created a free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program specifically for people with mobility limitations, chronic conditions and physical disabilities. The program is specifically designed to deliver content based on the needs, abilities and interest of each individual. After registering for the program, participants receive:
